Really great workout. Elaine was patient and professional. She would correct our postures. Small class, so we have a lot of attention.
Hannah is a good and cheerful instructor. She will come to advise us on our posture and provide different options for students of different levels. This is my first time trying wheel yoga, and I had fun!
Vianla’s voice is so gentle, which is very match with the relaxing environment. Had a relaxing time in the class~
The class is very interesting and well-planned. Charlotte is very good at giving out cues so everyone could follow, even for beginners.
It's a real challenge for those who not doing regular exercise. Sweat a lot but it's a good experience to try to achieve doing 108 sun salutation in 2 hours' time. Thank you Miss!
